The Barn
The 20 stall barn is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience, and safety. Each spacious 12' x 20' stall is sand-filled for optimal comfort and cleanliness, eliminating the need for shavings. An automatic fly-spray misting system and strategically placed fans help maintain a cool, pest-free atmosphere year-round. All stalls are also equipped with timed lighting to help maintain a sleek, show-ready coat.
Other amenities include wash racks with hot water for easy grooming and care, along with organized feed rooms and a dedicated tack room to keep everything accessible and secure. Routine sanitation helps maintain a healthy environment for every horse.
For added peace of mind, the entire property is monitored by a video surveillance system.

The Arena
The outdoor arena is 135' wide by 250' long ensuring plenty of space for multiple riders to school their horses. The footing is designed specifically for reined cow horses - watered and worked daily to ensure reliable conditions for training athletes.
Other Amenities
The facility offers a secure environment starting with an automated front gate with secure keypad access. Individual turnouts allow for horses to blow off excess energy and stretch their legs, while ample trailer parking makes hauling in and out easy. An outdoor trail course provides an additional riding area with obstacles to hone your skills.

Basic Rules
- No alcohol on premise - no exceptions
- Clean up after yourself as a courtesy to other boarders
- *Arena closed from 10pm-5am
- Stalls must be cleaned a minimum of every other day
- No loose horses in arena
- All riders must sign liability waiver
- No outside/non-boarded horses may be hauled in without prior approval
