$425/Month

Self Care Boarding Includes

• 12'x20' private stall with sand 

• Regular disinfecting of common areas

• Fly spray misting system 

• Personal Gate Code

• Morning Feeding Service
• Wash racks with hot/cold water
• Access to lighted arena*
• Personal dedicated area in feed and tack rooms
• Outdoor trailer parking - limited covered parking spaces for additional charge
• Dedicated horse turnout days 

Basic Rules

• No alcohol or smoking on premise - no exceptions
• Clean up after yourself as a courtesy to other boarders
• *Arena closed from 10pm-5am
• Stalls must be cleaned a minimum of every other day
• No loose horses in arena 
• All riders must sign liability waiver
• No outside/non-boarded horses may be hauled in without prior approval
